Hey everyone! My name is Hogan and I’m based in the Dallas, TX area. I’m new to real estate investing and looking to get started with fix & flips and building a rental portfolio over time.

Hey @Hogan Campbell, welcome. The biggest thing I’d recommend is to get around people actually doing deals and don’t overthink the first one. From experience, the learning happens once you’re in it, not before. Find someone you can shadow, run numbers with, and ask questions in real time. You’re already taking action, just stay consistent, and the right deal will come.
