New Member - Future PMIC
Hey BP Community,
Shaterra Brown. I am new to Real Estate and looking to learn all I can from the BP community. I currently own two rental properties I self manage for the last seven years. My goal is to dive into Property Management and also purchase a few more of my own rentals. I just completed my 30 hour PM course with Pinnacle Real Estate Academy. Im doing alot of research, creating documents, policies, SOPs and investing in learning all I can. Already have a business plan and I already have an LLC for my rentals, so I am expanding it to a property management business. Im so motivated to see where this takes me. Within the next six months I want to have my PMIC license and onboard my first owner client. I welcome any advice and support. Looking forward to engaging with you all.
