Hi all, I'm Tron Pham based out of Atlanta, GA.  I'm here because I'm reborned into real estate. Loved BP before and loving it now! 

I started my RE journey as a RE agent  after reading Rich Dad Poor Dad (like many) over a decade ago. Then I went on to doing RE wholesaling > cherry picked some for flips and rentals > did over 110 RE investment deal. 

I transitioned into business acquisitions few years back, did several transactions > ventured into private equity, CRE, capital procurement, AI among other industries.

I saw a huge need in private money lending for REIs & operators. When the opportunity to get into the private money lending space with the mentorship of a 10 figure entrepreneur that own the majority shares of the American Association of Private Money Lenders (largest assc of private money lenders), I jumped in. 

Also I'll be on the look out to start doing RE deals again along side private money brokering.
