I’m Pita — newer to real estate investing but very intentional about learning the fundamentals the right way. My focus right now is understanding rental properties, deal analysis, and what actually drives cash flow (not just what looks good on paper).

I come from a tech and strategy background, so I’m also building simple AI-powered tools to help investors analyze deals, pricing, and rental potential more efficiently. My goal is to create things that are genuinely useful for the community as I learn alongside you.

I’m building this journey with my husband, who’s a real estate agent, so we’re combining on-the-ground market knowledge with data and tech.
