@James Li

Hey James, I work with many STR clients in the Reno / Tahoe Area.

Reno has more consistent revenue than Tahoe and the ADR can rival Tahoe. A larger pool of guests from business travelers, event goers, and recreation vistiors.

Nevada had no state income tax and low property taxes with landlord friendly laws. Not the lest expensive market but less expansive than most CA markets.

The right areas are key as with any city. The University and midtown areas tend to do the best with a different avatar for each area.
