Hi everyone,

My name is Jim, and I'm one of the founders of Arcadia Advisors here in Cleveland, Ohio.

I help Ohio property owners, investors, and businesses challenge over-assessed property values and lower their property taxes. Through that work, I've gotten to know a lot of investors and have seen firsthand how much property taxes can impact cash flow and investment returns.

I joined BiggerPockets to connect with other investors and real estate professionals, learn from experienced people in the industry, and hopefully share some useful insights along the way.

@Jim Gable Is your pricing structure such that your fee is a percentage of the tax savings? I have used a well known firm in the past, and that was their structure.
