I'm a recent Finance grad from Tennessee, based in Nashville, working to break into CRE acquisitions and underwriting. I started my journey a couple of years back, learning the wholesaling side of real estate before shifting my focus to CRE underwriting, as it combined my love of Finance with Real Estate. The wholesaling background actually still helps. I think it's part of why I gravitated toward underwriting, since both come down to figuring out whether a deal actually works once you dig into the numbers.

I'm hoping to connect with people further along in this space, investors, brokers, and other analysts, and learn how you all think about markets, sourcing, and structuring deals. Nashville and Southeast multifamily/mixed-use, especially, but happy to talk shop generally.

I've been building underwriting models for multifamily, mixed-use, and a data center ground lease deal, and I'm looking to keep putting in reps and learning from people who've been doing this longer than I have. Good to be back around, and looking forward to connecting with more of you.
