New out of state investor exploring Cleveland
Hello everyone,
I'm based in California with a W-2 job and new to scaling real estate investing. My wife and I have one rental property in California that we've been managing and now we're exploring the Cleveland area for additional rental opportunities
I'd appreciate any advice or connections to folks in the local market. I'm happy to learn as much as I can and grow some connections along the way.
