New Investor in Houston Area
Hi everyone,
I’m a new investor in the Spring/Woodlands/Houston area. I created a BP account two years ago but didn’t start using it until now. I’ve been interested in real estate for a while, but I never took the next step to get started or connect with other investors in my area.
Right now, my main focus is house hacking but happy to discuss and learn about other investment strategies. My goal is to have a duplex, triplex, or fourplex within the next 12 months. If anyone has experience with this, I’d love to connect.
Also, if you have recommendations for REIAs or investor meetups in Houston, please let me know. I’m excited to learn as much as I can from this community as I begin this journey!
