20 Years in Construction, Now Helping Investors as an Owner's Rep.
Hey everyone, Brad here, based in the Louisville/Southern Indiana (Kentuckiana) market.
I spent 20 years in construction and remodeling before recently starting my own practice, Lee Project and Construction Management LLC, working as an owner's rep and project manager for investors and homeowners. Basically, I help people navigate contracts, budgets, and contractor management so projects don't go sideways; a lot of what I do comes from having seen firsthand where things typically go wrong on the trade side.
I'm particularly interested in connecting with investors doing BRRRR or smaller multifamily deals here in Kentuckiana, since that's where I think trade experience + project oversight makes the biggest difference; rehab budgets and timelines can make or break a deal's numbers.
