hello everyone, I think I have found a home
Thats right, my new home has been this web site most of today ever since I found it this morning. I feel I already know about two dozen of you just from spending hours reading your posts.
Anyway My names Steve, Hello to all of you.I own a duplex(12/1993) and along with my brother and sister a sixplex(01/2000). I'v been Happy with owning these properties and like taking care of them. I rent to university married couples.
I'm not sure if I want to own and maintain more properties at this time but, Birddogging and or wholesale have my attention. anyway great to be here with like minded people.
