WoW 275,000 for a 16plex, I think I'll move to Texas, LOL. rehab702 hit the nail on the head telling you to look over everything with a fine tooth comb and it should be very fine tooth. if you ever get a chance ask the tentants what they like most about living there and what they like least and also what needs fixing the most, they know better than anyone. Good luck. sounds like a good deal for you.

Thats right, my new home has been this web site most of today ever since I found it this morning. I feel I already know about two dozen of you just from spending hours reading your posts.
Anyway My names Steve, Hello to all of you.I own a duplex(12/1993) and along with my brother and sister a sixplex(01/2000). I'v been Happy with owning these properties and like taking care of them. I rent to university married couples.
I'm not sure if I want to own and maintain more properties at this time but, Birddogging and or wholesale have my attention. anyway great to be here with like minded people.
Thanks Steve.
