New From Nashville, TN

Hey y'all.

I am a commercial real estate appraiser in Nashville. I have been living here for over 10 years. Originally from the Northwest Tennessee - the country. I worked for the state (Dept., of Ag) for 7 years.

I am trying to finally start investing. Looking to do so in Nashville. I have been studying this for a long time. I think I may have a lot of knowledge for a typical newbie. That means I have been very slow to jump in and get started.

I took several steps last year to generate cash so I can start. I have two funds: (1) personal cash, and (2) an IRA.
