Hello Bryan. PM me a date on your calendar you'd like to talk or have coffee. ¡Salud!
Welcome Jatin. You're a tax attorney specializing in real estate transactions correct? You indicate you've nearly pulled the trigger on an investment...What investment opportunities have you been looking at and how did they fall short of what you hope to accomplish? I'm near you in south Nashville so maybe we can have coffee early some morning and discuss. PM me if interested. ¡Salud!

Welcome Randull...I hope you get that hotel someday! I encourage you to plug into http://reintn.org & TREIM. A couple of super astute Nashville guys to talk to are www.ria-inc.com (multifamily broker) and Steve C (commercial broker/investor). Cheers!

Though not speaking to to Karen's original request for parcel GIS mapping, www.policymap.com/maps provides strategic development GIS for more dense urban metros. It just drills down to census tract/zip. It has more limited value for suburban areas since the data is more sparse. Also, pay attention to the census data used for the given data layer as it can be more stale data from the 2010 census.

Give David Childers a call http://ria-inc.com He seems to broker more residential/small commercial income properties in Davidson county than anybody else. Like the others, I just urge you to be very patient. There's an outstanding book called Millionaire Real Estate Investor that will put you at ease that your patience will pay off :) PM me if you'd like to give you my copy. The final suggestion I'll make is consider options outside of the Briley Beltway...whatever distance you're comfortable with. I'm on vacation ATM and may be able to serve you're needs in the Spring. Hopefully Childers will have something awesome for you, if not LMK if you've expanded your farm area and how quickly you can close if something comes up...like you said we're moving them fast this year ;) Cheers!

Thanks J for your passion and social media transparency...Crushing It as Gary Vaynerchuk would say! Successful infill builders inside Nashville's beltway are coming in at $75/ft. I appreciate the comparison with Atlanta. Cheers!
