I'm an investor from San Diego - specifically Escondido, CA. I bought my house back in 2010 and renovated the workshop in the backyard into a studio and rent it out.  I love getting $900/month for such a small space and can't wait to invest in more!  Are there any fellow North County San Diegans on here?  I'd love to hear from you!

that is awesome Nathalie! I'm going to get my license here soon to make extra money on the houses we buy, or position the commission as leverage to get a potential house. Glad to meet you and maybe we'll even cross paths sometime in future!
