Hi everyone! I'm just getting started with my marketing campaign to look for prospects and my first check. I've been lurking here for a little while and enjoy BP podcasts (very informative and inspiring). I would enjoy getting to know other investors that are local to the area. I've been to REIC-LA this past month. I used to attend there a long time ago, but the timing was not right for me when I was initially trying to start out. I had young children at the time.
