Hello to everyone on BP. So glad I found this site, I have been reading posts on here for a few days and its obvious there are a lot of really great people on here willing to share there experience. I have little REI experience so I am going to take it all in for a while but I have a feeling this is a great resource for learning the ropes. I am interested in wholesaling, flipping and buy and hold probably in that order. Any advice is appreciated

Cheers,

Hey @Robert Kohalmi , welcome to BP!

It sounds like you have a good plan.  I will say that the Somerville area is very competitive and much more expensive than areas in the Merrimack Valley.  Also, wholesaling takes a lot of work and I see a lot of people get burned out quickly because they didn't anticipate how much work it entails.  However, if you have focus, drive and stay consistent, you'll be successful.

As Shaun mentioned, we have a lot of great events around us so be sure to attend.  You're welcome to come to my quarterly event (next one is in Sept) that is usually held in Woburn or at one of my rehabs around the Woburn area.  Just send me a PM with your email address and I'll add you to my mailing list.

If you're really interested in getting into wholesaling and want to cut down on your learning curve, keep an eye out for my posts in the next week.  My company is rolling out an awesome program that is 100% FREE.
