College Noob in Berkeley, CA (the Bay Area)
Hey BP! Long time listener, first time poster.
I'm a college student - just finished my bachelor's in Physics, starting my master's in Education in the fall. I aspire to completely fill the wacky high school physics teacher stereotype.
My long-term goal is to have a portfolio of buy-and-hold properties. Short-term, I'm creating a vacant land wholesaling business modeled after Seth Williams (Podcast 39).
