My husband and I are learning what we can about real estate because we want to get in the business of real estate investing in NC. We currently live in NY and are in the process of escaping. My husband is currently a contractor and we are being very financially drained here. We are in transition to a move down to Monroe, NC where we have a rented house. We want to get to a point where we can financially support our family - which is NOT easy here in NY. Eventually we want to buy our own house which is something we couldn't afford to do in NY. My husband and I plan on working together wholesaling houses. I hope we can make some connections with others in North Carolina.

Come on down, the waters warm!  I moved south in 87 and never went back.  I love it here in Charlotte.
