Very much a newbie from Arkansas.
I'm relocating to Rogers, AR an am having to rent. Yuck. (Still haven't found a place and I start work Aug 11th!) Anyway, we plan to buy a rental property in the next year, and Reddit suggested this site as a good place to learn and get started. So here I am.
