Hello All,

My wife and I are new investors in the Cedar Rapids Area.  We are looking forward to completing our first deal, and are excited to meet/network with all of the many like minded individuals on BP.  I am a blank canvas eager for knowledge, and have already met some amazing people locally and am anxious to continue getting to know other investors and learn from their experiences and advice.
