Allow me to introduce myself... My name is Tyler Petrie, I am a licensed real estate agent with Keller Williams Las Vegas. I am also an investor but, more importantly I represent a small army of cash investors in and around the Las Vegas valley (OK, so maybe 30 people doesn't qualify as an army of people but, you get the point). I represent and am CONSTANTLY searching for new deals for my investors and myself.

Most prefer distressed for Flipping but I do have a handful that want long term holdings.
