Welcome Ben! I'm also newish to BP and the investing side of the real estate business. Both Ann & Justin have a great thing going on.  I've been to Ann's event and learned a great deal and met some great people. Through BP I've also joined up with Justin for an apprenticeship with his company. There is a ton of valuable information on this site and an even better network of like-minded professionals.  Set up your keywords and if you see an opportunity come up, jump on it!
