Newbie from Upstate New York
Hi everyone,
My name is Dave Kafel and I'm introducing myself since I'm new to BiggerPockets. I currently reside in Albany, NY, but will hopefully be moving to North Carolina within the next year. Since graduating with an architecture degree in '09 I've been mostly involved in construction management, but my true passion lies in real estate development. I happened to stumble upon this site and find it an extremely useful resource. I'm currently remodeling a home I purchased as a live-in flip, but have my goals set on expanding my portfolio by purchasing apartments.
I'm interested in expanding my network and utilizing this site for future deals, knowledge, and just an overall great resource for advice. Thank you.
