Hello everyone,
I just joined and look forward to getting involved on this forum with efforts to network and make successful strides to increasing my real estate investment portfolio.
A little bit about me: I am a businessman and entrepreneur with a small real estate portfolio. Of all investment opportunities available, and I partake in many, my real estate investments are something I want/need to dramatically improve upon. Currently, I am most interested in buying commercial properties that needs revamped/remodeled with intention of renting it out, not flipping. I am a GC as well and own a construction business, and would like to incorporate this to increase profitability of the investment (paying only "at cost" for all materials and labor). However, I am still very interested in opportunities outside of these parameters.
