Hello everyone,

I am a newbie to the "Bigger pockets" site and I am working with my husband and building our company FIA investors LLC and wanted to introduce myself to the community. We are wholesalers working out of southern California and I am also a licensed real estate agent as well. This site is a great resource and I look forward to working and chatting with many of you in the future.
