I heard about BP but had no idea how broad the spectrum of real estate topics were here. Wow! The only disappointment was that I had been encouraged to join BP for months and am just now getting involved. I am a full time investor and cofounder of a Phoenix based private real estate company where we have completed almost 2000 transactions in the last 12 years.
