Nice seeing you again down in San Jose after my meetup in SF, and again in November at the Summit! I love you're idea, and any sort of unique rental space in general. I think you could hit it out of the park with this thing. Then start replicating..

Leonid is being modest.. This is an awesome concept that not only has the chance to hit it out of the park, but also to be a big contributor to the tech community and business creation in the Bay, IMHO. I would be trying to get grants from Emeryville, Berkeley, Oakland, SF, talk to Google and all the tech companies' investment arms and incubators to offer them a board/advisory seat, etc. Draw the big names and capital, and make it the new hub! @Johnson H. is hosting a meetup with a lot of great investors on Friday in San Jose at Whisper's Café at 7PM. There will be a lot of great investors there, and maybe a few interesting people to introduce you too. It's more like the SF meetup I had than the one we just went to, but will be a few more people (and not quite as cold lol).

I may be having Lisa Loud, a representative from the executive living short-term rental company (ELF) that I was talking about coming out to me around 4PM there. I want to pick her brain about a few things..

A few of us that aren't working usually show up early and BS. If you're interested in meeting her too, come early or give me a ring. It's a different demographic for sure, but interesting to talk to people in these niche spaces. They're also raising capital right now, so you two may have some connections you can make, and ideas to take away from the table.
