Need Help Finding the best Area to Flip in DFW!
Hello All,
I am new to investing and new to this site. I recently got my RE license just to invest and have set up my company as well. I live in North Garland and know that Garland is not the best place to flip although I do not want to be too far from my home so I be on the property as often as needed. We do have plans to possibly move to Wylie in the next few months so that also throws a curve ball in there. I am very serious about this and have all the means necessary to do the deal when the time comes I just need to find the best area so I can learn it and move forward. Any advice would be appreciated!
