Newbie from Kansas City, MO
Hello everyone,
I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Jeremy Hostetter, and I am from a small town just about 20 miles outside of the KC metro area on the Missouri side. I currently do not have any background in real estate, other than an interest in about for about the last five years from various readings and online searches. I discovered the BiggerPockets on Stitcher, which between both brands are my favorite discoveries from last half a year.
Before discovering BP, I started reading up on being a landlord in hopes to get my feet wet in real estate through this route. But after hearing a podcast about wholesaling I am now more interested in this venture. My story has yet to be told, but I am hoping that the journey will be mostly positive from this point on.
