Newbie from Portland, OR
Although I have 2 rentals, both at one time were primary residences of my husband and me. We've been renting for 6 years now, and it's been a fairly good experience. So now my goal is to acquire more rental property and make this my career! I love this site! I found it while looking at an investment website and clicking on something about Real Estate. I really cannot screw this up so I really appreciate all the advice and help I can get!! I think what held me back in the past was thinking I didn't have the finances.
