New BP member from Houston, TX
Hello all,
I'm Andrew Flanagan and I am a new investor from Houston, TX. I have not yet closed on any properties, but I will soon! I am currently still in the research/learning phase. I come from the medical sales industry. I have always had a fascination with real estate and am very excited, but patient, to learn and eventually close on my first of many properties. I am very thankful for all of your detailed responses throughout the site. It has helped me tremendously in this initial phase of my new endeavor. I look forward to hearing from everyone.
