@Daniel Coleman, you can totally buy it! Develop it yourself and make some REAL money. If it’s unlisted, majority of the time the hardest part is tracking down the owner. Go to the County Appraisal District website to locate individual parcels and owners and mail or call them directly.

@Bruce C. I do direct mail and make offers directly to land owners, doing minimal improvements, if any. Looking at developing a current one I have actually. Not intending to hold long term at all. Just buying below market value then selling close to market for cash or terms.
