Hi there!

As a newbie investor, I'm so grateful to have found BiggerPockets.com.  There's a lot going on here and I hope to learn and contribute as much as I can to this vast community!

Currently I work as a contractor for a renewable energy company... and as fascinating as that is, a recent trip to the emergency room has caused me to re-evaluate quite a few things in my life (she said with a smile)... The idea of getting "passive income" is VERY attractive when you're sitting in a hospital room missing days of work.

With all that in mind, it is my hope to hit the ground running in R.E. investing.  Ideally I'd like to "fix and flip" a house (very soon) and then take some of the profit from that sale to invest in small multifamily rental properties.  I'm hopeful I can do it and I'm excited to try!

Happy Holidays to all,

Nicki B.
