Newbie in dfw, in Multifamily acquisitions
My name is Chauncy. For 50+ years my family has been in real estate. Within the last years, I expanded my interest to include real estate. I'm a PIG member in Lifestyles unlimited; plus, a personal mentor student of Brad Sumrock. In fact, as of August 2014, my team closed the largest MF syndication in Brads program. My background also includes legal, investigations, and property management. Being able to help others build their real estate portfolio, combined with giving them some additional knowledge or insight, is something I truly enjoy. Every real estate deal I facilitate, I strive to create a win/win for all parties: management, residents, investors, buyer and seller. My reason for joining biggerpockets is to network and provide info to others, if and when I can.
