Mike Johnson sounds like a good plan. Being overseas, it maybe advantageous to form a relationship with a property management company to manage your portfolio? Next, maybe consider looking at states that have bulk sf available for sale? Welcome

@ Olivia welcome!!

@Manish A. Sorry to hear about your dealings...Find someone who is willing to JV with you, that has established real estate or credit worthiness. I suggest you JV vs use them as a guarantor; because if you can show them you are willing to follow, learn and listen; plus, share in the wealth with them, they are more likely to consider discussions.

Next, maybe you put more money down and leverage less? Until you get established or known in your area...

Hope that helps some. Best of luck.

@Zakari Takis welcome...my suggestion would be a few things...find people who share your vision and business philosophy, eliminates many future disagreements. Second, if you have the credit and funds to purchase, then I would recommend you syndicate, if you qualify. If you have trouble qualifying alone; then consider a trusted partner and JV with them. Surround yourself with people who know more than you, in a variety of areas...will come in handy when you need advice or guidance. If I can help you further, please don't hesitate to contact me directly. Hope that helps you with a few starting points
