My New Member Introduction...short and sweet
Hello everyone,
I am Michael Gray, from Los Angeles, CA. I have been interested in real estate since I was about ten years old, and actually investing for about ten years (I am 36 now). I have owned SFHs, douplex-4 plexes, and 32 homes and a mobile home park. I have negotiated several deals with creative financing, and I have never been a part of anything like this for investing, so I am very excited to learn as much as I can from all of you. I am interested in all different facets of real estate: reits, triple nets, sfh, plexes, and apartments, etc. I am very interested in learning more about financing rental properties creatively and/or in the name of my business or trust, etc.
I got my degree in philosophy/finance from UCLA, and I am a true gentleman of SAE. I look forward to sharing any knowledge that I can and learning as much as I can!
