Hi All, I'm Sheena and new to the world of real estate investing. My husband and I have been abroad for a while and returned recently, to start this new business in residential redevelopment/ rehabbing.  We are in the downtown LA area, for now, and welcome any advice and support on getting off the ground! We look forward to sharing and growing together!

Welcome to BP @Account Closed . Where in downtown are you? Isn't it just great - it's really come a long way and is only getting better. Unfortunately, rents haven't caught up yet with the potential (which is good for renters!) - but it will and those who bought early are going to do quite well. Not going to lie - I'm a bit jealous you get easier access to the central market; more specifically, eggslut!

As an aside, for those interested in learning more about the downtown Los Angeles housing market, there is a really great free housing tour put on by the DTLA business improvement district that takes you through the different DTLA neighborhoods.

You get to see all kinds of condos and lofts that are on the market as well. It's def worth checking out.
