NYC Newbie Bustin' out!!

Hello everyone,

Looking forward to the wealth of knowledge that can be provided from this site, and maybe after some success, I can definitely pay it forward to the next "newbie investor".

I will be posting my strategy within the next couple hours and I hope someone can disprove it, so it can be tweaked and tailored for the best possible outcome. Even though I currently live/rent in NYC, my purchases will be a few hours from my location and eventually branching out of state, but the details will come in time. (wink wink)

Check out Darren Sager, he sometimes organizes real estate investment club meetings here in the city. There's usually an interesting speaker and interesting people to meet.
