Guess you can say im a true newbie.. have no real life experience in the real estate industry. Been kicking around the idea of becoming an investor for years now. Gaining knowledge along the way.. But for some time now I've been really gearing up and educating myself to start making it a reality. Im on a quest to learn all i can about every aspect of the business.  I've been going through books like crazy. Still more I want to learn and have to learn before I feel confident enough to take that first big step as a real estate investor. Excited I stumbled across this site. Dont have any like minded people around me in my personal life. Looking forward to learning from the community.

Welcome!! I'm from Framingham and just recently started in real estate as well.

This site is amazing but you have to do your own research about what aspect of real estate you would like to be involved in. You can easily get overwhelmed from all the information so make sure to take action.
