@Enis Shehu I hear you guys got it really bad this last storm. But yes I do have a game plan of what I want to do. And will definitely have to show up to that Black Diamond event see what it's all about.  

@Karen Margate Yea I see that for sure I was amazed by all the resources available. I've begun reading Ultimate beginner's guide.  And yea will be updating my profile in time lol just signed up thins morning :-) And thank you will be setting up my keywords for sure.

@Ann Bellamy I'm about to check out Black Diamond website to see what it's all about.  But definitely have to start networking.

Guess you can say im a true newbie.. have no real life experience in the real estate industry. Been kicking around the idea of becoming an investor for years now. Gaining knowledge along the way.. But for some time now I've been really gearing up and educating myself to start making it a reality. Im on a quest to learn all i can about every aspect of the business.  I've been going through books like crazy. Still more I want to learn and have to learn before I feel confident enough to take that first big step as a real estate investor. Excited I stumbled across this site. Dont have any like minded people around me in my personal life. Looking forward to learning from the community.
