Hello BP,
My name is Drew Francis, from the Kansas City, Missouri metro. I've had my real estate license for the past 5 years, but it has been sitting on the shelf in a referral network and I've worked as a residential leasing agent. Recently, I discovered BP while searching for new podcasts (I drive 8 hours everyday currently) and is has been amazing. It has pushed me to finally put myself out there with getting my license out of referral status and getting pre-approved to purchase from a local lender. Looking at starting out investing with a fix and flip with the ultimate goal of just buy and hold for long term wealth.
