I used o drive here monthly from philly.. but you have lots of great people on here so don't be afraid to ask questions. Don't keep learning to the point you are scared to move forward and it may be helpful to find a good mentor. My mentor Is awesome he has over 200 properties and is a great developer.. best of luck don't be a stranger
