Hello All,

After 25+ years in the Broadcast Television business, I have made the decision to focus full time on Real Estate. Currently, I am taking a Real Estate prep course to get my license in Massachusetts.  I am looking to network, create contacts, share ideas and increase my knowledge base.  My focus is on wholesaling, fix-flip and eventually rental units (passive income).  I have read many of the BP post and look forward to becoming an active member of this valuable site!

Hi Brian, welcome to BP.

This is a great place to learn. Make sure to listen to all the BP podcasts, read the articles on the main blog and be active in these forums to learn a ton very quickly about any topic in real estate you want to know more about.

This is also a great place to meet people that can be assets to your business. Lots of great connections all over but we also have a very strong and active contingent here in MA on here so make sure to find them (Set up some keyword alerts to find out about local topics) and get connected.

Besides doing that on here make sure to get out to some of the many local investor events we have. If you are really itching to get to one the Boston Area REIA in Medford this evening. You also want to check out the Black Diamond meeting in Waltham (2nd meeting in Worcester), which is next week. You probably have another dozen options stretching from the Cape up to Southern NH too.
