My partner and I are having a hard time finding a property in Missouri. We ate searching the MLS, searching the auctions, looking at Hubzu, but haven't had any luck yet. Any suggestions.

If you have funds in place, find a RE agent friendly to investors. Let them know you are funded and what your criteria is.
