My First Post: Introduction
Hello to All of BP, I've been lurking for several weeks, but as several BP encouragement emails suggest: I have to stop lurking and get actively involved.
I am Ryan Potter, an energetic, strategic 24 year old looking to learn and be aggressively active in property investment. I do not have a stable job and am currently looking for one, so that I might bring some financial income to my REI. (Not trying to advertise ; just trying to be honest)
I am from the STL, the LOU or for the keyword St. Louis, Missouri.
Before I knew about biggerpockets I already bought a duplex (backtrack analyzed it and it brings in okay positive cash flow; completely blessed). i am interested in learning and buying multi-unit residential homes and potentially flipping into rentals down the road.
I am loving the BP Thursday Night Webinars with @Brandon Turner. Thanks BP community.

I love listening to the podcasts as well. They are an awesome way to learn. We have a lot of BP members in the area. In fact, several of them get together on the second Tuesday of the month. @Peter MacKercher organized it and while I haven't been able to attend any of the meetups yet, I'm looking forward to getting there soon.
