Hello!

My name is Melvin and I am originally from Los Angeles, Ca. I am currently in Tempe, Az for the next two months or so due a construction project I am a part of that will be wrapping up.

I own a duplex in Los Angeles that I have been managing myself (most likely will hand over to a PM this year) and am looking to possibly buying another property when I get back.

Right now I would like to learn more about flipping properties (I hear that's the fastest way to get cash in RE?) in order to buy more properties.

Ideally, I would like help on learning about commercial loans as there are only so many loans I can personally assume (I am currently under a VA loan for my duplex) and will obtain financing for this next property.

I would ultimately love to move into commercial property and possibly be co-owner of plazas, strip malls, office buildings, and the like. I know I am a long way from there as I have absolutely no idea how one gets there but I am learning little by little.

My experience is very limited (as you can see) and most of it have learned by reading books and making some costly mistakes. I attend seminars or discussions whenever I hear about them and occasionally webinars which unfortunately are often times sellinars.

If you think you can be of any help please let me know. Thank you ! :)
