I've recently discovered BiggerPockets, and will have much more time to spend in the community here after April 1st. I'm finally ditching the corporate world to travel and focus on building my real estate portfolio. I'm looking forward to learning and socializing with the BP community.
Over the past eight years I've purchased seven rental properties, sold one, and completed one very profitable flip, all in Denver. I currently hold six properties for a total of eleven doors. The breakdown is three duplexes, one town home, and two single-family with carriage houses. My primary objective is cash flow.
The market here in Denver isn't as favorable for my original target property (duplexes), so I'm looking to change up. I'm open to whatever cash flows, but right now I'd like to learn more about commercial/retail and warehouses. And I've listened to a BiggerPockets podcast that has me thinking very seriously about mobile home parks!
