HI all:

Just learned about BP this morning and decided to join. I have been interested in real estate since I was a teenager. While in college I encouraged my mother to invest in RE and learned a great deal with her over the last thirty years. About ten years ago I inherited a RE development business from my dad. I have been managing that and learning about land development and sales in the island of Barbados. My knowledge is fairly extensive but I am a life learner so I always want to know more. I don't want to be a landlord. I want to buy cheap HUD homes and resell them with seller financing to people who can't get mortgages. My RE business is a passion and a mission. Looking forward to sharing and learning.
