Dear BP Community,

My name is Ben Rutkevitz and I am excited to be a part of this community. I am impressed by the fantastic information on this site and how helpful people are to each other on the forums. 

I have over 8 years of experience in the hard money lending space and am now ready to start buying my first properties. I look forward to contribute to this community in any way I can through my first hand experience as a real estate lender.

I would love to connect with like minded individuals on this board and with local entrepreneurs who can recommend meetups and groups they have found useful. 

Ideally, I would love my first property to be a multi-family the I can live in and rent out the other units.
